I haven’t used a pre-workout in quite a while, so grabbing this honestly helped motivate me to ease back into my regular workout routine. I tried the fruit punch flavor and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes. A lot of pre-workouts have that overly tart, sour, or chemical taste, but this one was much smoother and easier to drink.It also mixed really well in my shaker bottle. After just a couple of shakes, it dissolved quickly without leaving a bunch of gritty powder at the bottom. I took it before my workout and felt it start kicking in around 15 minutes later. I did get the usual pre-workout tingles, but nothing that felt too intense or uncomfortable. Once it kicked in, I felt ready to get started and it helped keep me going throughout my workout.I also really appreciate that it includes electrolytes, especially since hydration support is always a nice bonus when working out. The formula feels well thought out, and I like that the label clearly lists everything instead of hiding behind a vague blend.For the amount you get, this is a really good value. The container is large, the price point is fair, and the quality seems excellent. This is definitely my new go-to pre-workout, and I’m excited to keep using it as I get back into my fitness routine.

I have taken a lot of pre workouts over the years but this is the first time I have come across one that is supposed to be formulated especially for fighters so I figured why not and picked it up.The tub is way larger than it needs to be for this amount. This could have been in a tub half the size but marketing big… I get it. The pre mixes well and goes down smooth. Taste I would say is a 9/10 but that’s not really important.It hits in about 20 minutes and I’d say it’s as good as any mid to high stim pre workout with no noticeable crash or bad side effects. I’ll continue using this one and might even try another flavor if it’s available. 5 stars!

I have used this product twice now prior to my workouts, and it takes a performance-focused approach built around endurance, hydration, and focus rather than just hitting you with excessive stimulants. It feels particularly well-suited for longer workouts, conditioning sessions, or combat sports.Energy & Performance:* Smooth Boost: It kicks in about 20–30 minutes after taking it. It’s a clean, alert energy that gets you locked in for drills and conditioning without making you feel shaky or overstimulated.* No Crash: The energy stays steady throughout the entire workout. I haven't tried a lot of pre-workout powders, so I don't have a huge number to compare this one to, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. It mixed easily with water and didn't leave any clumps behind. The flavor was also really enjoyable, which made it easy to drink before my workout. I drank it about 30 minutes before exercising so I had time to finish the 12 ounces of water and let it settle. By the time I started my workout, I felt more focused and found it easier to push myself through my usual routine. One thing I really appreciated was that I didn't experience the racing heartbeat or jittery feeling I've had with some other pre-workouts. The energy felt much smoother and more manageable. The only side effect I noticed was a tingling, itchy sensation that came and went during my workout and for a little while afterward. It felt like pins and needles across parts of my body and lasted for about two hours. It wasn't painful, but it was definitely noticeable. Aside from the tingling, I had a really positive experience. It tasted good, mixed well, gave me steady energy without the jitters, and helped me stay focused throughout my workout.
