Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone in the Bone Laboratories Partner Program. By applying, you agree to them.

  1. Disclosure. You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission or received free product in every post, video, story, or article that mentions Bone Laboratories (e.g., "#ad," "I earn a commission," "sent to me free"). Honest opinions, including criticism, are welcome. We don't approve drafts.
  2. Claims. Don't say or imply that any Bone Laboratories product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, or causes weight loss. Stick to what's on the label and your own experience.
  3. Adults only. You must be 18 or older. Don't promote our products to anyone under 18, including youth teams or classes.
  4. No brand bidding. Don't run paid search ads (Google, Bing, Amazon, etc.) on "Bone Labs," "Bone Laboratories," "Fight Fuel," or misspellings of them.
  5. No coupon sites. Don't post your code on coupon or deal sites or browser extensions. Codes found there may be deactivated.
  6. No self-referral. Orders you place yourself don't earn commission.
  7. Commission and payment. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. You earn your full rate on a referred customer's first order and 5% on their later orders, including every subscription renewal. Referrals are tracked for 30 days after a click on your link. Commissions are held for 30 days and reversed for refunded, returned, or charged-back orders. Approved commissions are paid monthly via PayPal (or as store credit, if you prefer) once your balance reaches $25.
  8. Tax. US partners may be asked for a W-9 and may receive a 1099. Non-US partners may be asked for a W-8BEN. You're responsible for your own taxes.
  9. Changes and termination. We may change commission rates with 30 days' notice, or end the partnership at any time. Commissions you've already earned under these terms will be paid.
  10. Shipping. Our store currently ships within the United States only.
