Refund & Return Policy — Bone Labs

We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within fair and reasonable limits.


Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unopened, in its original packaging

    • In the same condition you received it

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipping.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos showing the damage or defect

  • We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.


How to Start a Return

Email support@bonelaboratories.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label.


Note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products returned in unacceptable condition or beyond the stated time limits.
