We work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details when it ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery times (within the U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.


Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

  • Applies automatically at checkout.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

  • Shipping rates and times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact support@bonelaboratories.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, send a replacement.


Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email support@bonelaboratories.com within 7 days with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damage and packaging

  • We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
